We would like to invite all residents to these events to raise any questions that you may have about our plans for Swarcliffe. This would apply to both the Modernisation and the New Developments.
Yorkshire Transformations and Leeds City council Staff will be on hand to discuss the many forthcoming benefits such as the improvements to homes, new play areas, new roads, improved parking and better services.
Following the events all the information will be available at the Show Home

Demolition Works
As you may well have noticed, demolition works are already under-way in different areas of the estate. We will ensure disruption is kept to a minimum, and as I’m sure you will agree, the works are well worth it! The removal of the ‘Langbar Towers’ and ‘Ash Tree Grange’ multi-storey blocks in particular, have been very popular with local residents and have already made a vast improvement to the area.
PFI Website
www.swarcliffetransformation.co.uk
The PFI has its own website that will keep you informed of the developments on the estate and within the PFI. It will have information on the Partnership with links to their individual sites. Data about the modernisations and the new developments will be available. We also hope to develop a news board for the estate. This is an evolving website, as more work begins more information will be available.
Further information
You will shortly be receiving by post a Swarcliffe Tenants Handbook and repairs leaflet, confirming all the arrangements and services for the estate within the PFI agreement.
‘We are working closely with the staff of LSEH and the elected members to ensure a smooth hand over of services within the PFI. Advice sessions with the elected members will continue as usual at the Neighbourhood office'.
